Every person has a time in their life (or multiple times) where they feel irrationally afraid. When you have a feeling like this, it’s uncontrollable. You feel trapped, like there’s no way to stop it and you don’t know why you get these feelings. Say you have anxiety in large crowds. You approach a large gathering and suddenly you can’t breathe. You panic and you could never figure out why these crowds frighten you so deeply. It could be that something happened to you in a past life that causes this fear. Talking About Fear
You’ve probably heard that old adage “the only way to overcome your fear is to face it.” This is much easier said than done. If it’s your past life that’s causing your fear, it’s difficult to understand that fear and face it. You don’t know what experience caused it. Not knowing makes it feel worse. That fear of the unknown is stacked on top of the fear that you’re already feeling. The first step is talking about your fear.

Your fear can be debilitating. It can stop you from doing things that you want to do. In the example from the beginning of this blog, the fear was about large crowds. In this case, a person with that fear can have it get so bad that they can’t go out to the movies, to see their children perform, or to see their friends and family get married. It could get so bad that even large family gatherings are difficult. Many kinds of fears can stop you from doing things that you love. Past life regression may help you free yourself of this fear.
